HomeServe takes over Viridium in Bolton to become HomeServe Bolton and Blackburn
Following the takeover of Viridium in Bolton, HomeServe has doubled its franchises in Greater Manchester. Known as HomeServe Bolton and Blackburn, it covers the Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, and Bolton boroughs. The franchise also covers Leigh and parts of the Salford City Council boundaries. Their second franchise in Greater Manchester covers Wigan.
Like our company, they offer boiler installation and repairs, though benefit from a nationwide network and a recognised brand. Though the name has changed from Viridium, its founding father, Jon Janvier has stayed in charge.
In The Bolton News, he said: “Joining forces with a national home assistance firm like HomeServe gives us a fantastic platform to expand as a business, offering new services to homeowners across Greater Manchester and Lancashire and hopefully adding more engineers to our team in 2017.”
Thomas Rebel, Managing Director of HomeServe Connect said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Jon and his team into the HomeServe family”. Their Connect division forms the backbone of its nationwide franchise network. This will see a move towards Smart heating systems, set to a play a greater part in many households.
It is also worth noting that ST Maintenance Services not only covers the whole of Greater Manchester. We cover the whole of the North West of England.
